Kerry Byrne

Kerry founded The KRP Group in 2018 with a vision to provide a new level of personalized experience and drive to connect top talent with their next great role. She has consulted for numerous investment and real estate firms. Formerly at BNY Mellon, Kerry has extensive experience recruiting, placement, talent experience, and client service delivery.

Kerry holds a Master’s degree from Villanova University in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The College of Wooster. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and has sponsored 50/50 Women on Boards which supports women and diversity in the Boardroom.

Joan Campbell

Joan brings to the KRP Group over three decades of in-depth talent acquisition

experience. She spent several years in Corporate HR before founding Campbell Associates, Inc, a leading executive search firm serving premier candidates and companies in the Boston area.  Although she has experience across all sectors, her depth and expertise has focused primarily in financial services and asset management.  She takes the time to understand a client's immediate, as well as long term, requirements and a candidates value and potential.

She is a competitive rower- the first woman member of the Union Boat Club,  a Trustee of The Concord Museum and member of the Land Conservation Trust. She is also an avid player of any sport requiring a racquet.

She attended Wheaton College and Boston University with a BA in Comparative Literature.

Kathleen Gill

Kathleen has over 35 years of experience in the technology, real estate and human resources domains.

She has worked with exceptional organization such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Keypoint Partners and the RMR Groups in a variety roles including real estate management, human resources and technology.

Kathleen has a B. S from Lesley University in Business Management.  In her free time she enjoys riding horses and working with a therapeutic riding program helping children with disabilities.

Eileen Kiley

Eileen is a Consultant at The KRP Group. Her past experience as CHRO and in C -Suite Talent Acquisition roles enhance her ability to provide strategic consulting, talent acquisition and help firms solve complex organizational issues. Prior to the KRP Group, Eileen was the Chief Human Resources officer for the RMR Group and its affiliated companies, a $36b alternative asset management firm. She also has extensive experience as the Partner in charge of Human Resources, Technology and Marketing at the Spaulding and Slye Company (now Jones Lang LaSalle) as well the Vice President of Human Resources at CBRE New England.

She is a member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum and the Co- Chair of the 50/50 Women on Boards Boston Event which supports women and diversity in the Boardroom.

She is a graduate of Wheaton College, Norton, MA
